These terms cover use of the supercited.ai website and any services engaged with Supercited.

1. About us

Supercited is an Australian managed service that helps independent local businesses build AI-search visibility. We are based in Melbourne, Australia, operating under ABN 66 611 895 197.

By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

Supercited provides:

• AI-search visibility audits, delivered as a personalised audit report at supercited.ai/audit/[your-business].
• Ongoing managed services, delivered under a monthly retainer engagement, in either Foundation or Authority tier.

The scope of services included in each tier, and any tier-specific exclusions, are described on your personalised audit page at the time you engage us, and confirmed by Stripe at checkout.

3. Commitment

Tier pricing is shown on your personalised audit page at the time you engage us, and confirmed by Stripe at checkout. Prices are stated exclusive of GST; GST is added at Stripe checkout for Australian businesses.

Both tiers carry a three-month minimum commitment from the date of first payment. After the minimum has elapsed, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis until either party cancels per Section 7.

We may update tier pricing from time to time. Active clients are protected from price changes for the duration of their current minimum-commitment period; renewal pricing is at the rate published at renewal.

4. Use of audit and engagement outputs

The audit produced for you, and any ongoing deliverables we produce during your engagement, cover your business specifically. You may share the audit URL and any deliverables with stakeholders inside your business. You may quote from or reference these materials in your own marketing.

The underlying methodology, tooling, query templates, scoring models, and software that produce these outputs are Supercited intellectual property. You may not redistribute, resell, or licence these materials to third parties; nor may you reverse-engineer the methodology to provide competing services.

5. Limitations on what we can guarantee

AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and any future entrants) change how they cite sources, what queries they treat as commercial intent, and what businesses they surface. They do this without warning and outside our control.

Supercited optimises for the probability that your business is cited when AI assistants are asked to recommend businesses in your category. We do not guarantee any specific outcome for any specific query, on any specific platform, at any specific time. We do guarantee:

• The foundation work that maximises probability of citation, delivered per your tier scope.
• Monthly measurement so you can see the trend across the four major AI assistants over time.
• Methodology consistent with the one demonstrated on Six Six (our pilot client).

If anyone in the market guarantees specific AI-citation outcomes, they are misrepresenting how AI assistants work.

6. Exclusivity (Authority tier only)

Authority tier engagements include geographic and category exclusivity. We will not engage a competing business in the same vertical within a 10 km radius of your business location for the duration of your engagement. The specific exclusivity zone is confirmed in writing at signup.

Foundation tier engagements do not include exclusivity. Multiple Foundation clients may coexist in the same geographic area and vertical, provided no Authority client holds that zone.

7. Cancellation

After the three-month minimum has elapsed, you may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Cancelling directly via Stripe's customer portal (your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period), or
• Emailing hello@supercited.ai with "Cancel subscription" in the subject line.

Within the three-month minimum, cancellation is at our discretion. Where work has commenced, we typically continue to bill through the minimum. Where you have a substantive grievance about service delivery, we will work in good faith to resolve it; in the event we cannot, we will agree a fair pro-rata cancellation.

We do not refund partial months once a billing cycle has started.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties will treat as confidential any information shared during an engagement that is not already public, and that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential in context. This includes:

• Business performance data you share with us in the intake form and ongoing.
• Methodology details we share with you about how we deliver the services.
• Communications about active strategic decisions.

Confidentiality obligations survive the end of the engagement.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supercited's total liability for any claim arising from or related to your engagement is limited to the value of services you have paid to Supercited in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or third-party claims, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least thirty days before taking effect. The latest version will always be available at this URL with the "Last updated" date below.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
